The Center for Global Human Resource and Development at Rikkyo invites you to join us as participants of Project-Base Learning in Rikuzentakata Program present their unique proposals on how to bring more fans to one of the most seriously hit cities Rikuzentakata in the north-east region during the 311 East Japan Earthquake.
